Caradine’s inspiration for teaching grew directly from her military experience, where developing and mentoring others was central to the mission. Transitioning into civil service and then education, she discovered that teaching offered a platform to foster growth, curiosity, and critical thinking, while building meaningful relationships with students facing real-world challenges such as gun violence or foster care experiences. Her commitment is reinforced daily through intentional connection, advocacy, and the cultivation of a school culture centered on compassion, equity, and student success.
