The focus is on the application or submission of projects. This is a part-time position with 20-25 hours per week.

  • Identification and monitoring of national and international funding opportunities (EU, ministries, foundations, international organizations)
  • Participation in the conception and development of competitive project applications in collaboration with researchers, including the independent design of non-scientific application parts such as work and schedules, budget calculations, and impact concepts
  • Communication hub between clients, project partners and project team
  • Maintenance of databases and project management tools
  • Ensuring adherence to guidelines, deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Participation in project implementation for successful offers
