飞机偏离跑道右侧、地面打圈，左翼持续严重损坏 分析：飞行员报告说，着陆后他立即听到“砰”或“啪”的一声，此时他的左脚和左方向舵踏板完全向前移动到防火墙处。左方向舵失去控制，飞机继续沿跑道行驶，机尾向左摆动。由于无法重新获得方向控制，飞机偏离了跑道右侧，向地面打转，左翼受到严重损坏。事故后检查确定方向舵杆组件焊接在方向舵踏板的附件处失败。
