Adam Beck completed a Master’s in Tourism and Hospitality at BU and is now Director of Food and Beverage at Jumeirah Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf in Dubai.

是什么让你决定在波士顿大学学习旅游学？
I had already completed an undergraduate degree in Business Management and, due to my love for the hospitality industry, decided to return to university for my Master’s.我选择BU是因为它的声誉和当地的美丽，这也意味着它拥有充满活力的酒店和酒店业。校园有家庭的感觉，讲师平易近人，吸引了来自世界各地的学生。

我曾在英格兰、威尔士、苏格兰、澳大利亚、迪拜和新加坡生活和工作过——在海外工作了近 10 年。我目前担任迪拜卓美亚皇宫酒店的餐饮总监。 Along the way I have been awarded the Olive Barnett Award (for those aged under 30 in the UK hospitality industry), was highly commended in the Younger Hotelier Middle East Awards and was recently named as a Leading Food and Beverage Director in the Middle East.
