• Provide a spacecraft that can control pointing to accuracy level B • Spacecraft built with that control system – but – system can only be verified using analysis • This may be OK – or this may stop a mission – depending on agreement with stakeholders • Solution: Ensure that if a system cannot be tested (which can happen when trying to do the impossible) that stakeholders agree that verification via analysis is acceptable
