Naval Base San Diego – Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Carlos Del Toro visited the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) for an all hands call to meet with Sailors to recognize their accomplishments on their recent deployment to the U.S. Pacific Fleet and present former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger with the Department of the Navy’s Distinguished Public Service Award on Dec. 4.
