NOVIKOM Bank (part of the RT-Finance holding of the Rostec State Corporation) summed up the results of its participation in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. During SPIEF 2026, the bank’s delegation concluded a number of strategically important agreements and held dozens of business meetings with representatives of government authorities, major industrial enterprises and leading Russian companies.
In his speech at the plenary session, Russian President Vladimir Putin specifically focused on the importance of attracting investment to the regions and the effectiveness of financial instruments, which directly affect the speed of implementation of development projects, the introduction of new technologies and strengthening the competitiveness of the Russian economy. As part of solving this problem, NOVIKOM at SPIEF 2026 signed cooperation agreements with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, as well as the governments of the Rostov, Kaluga, Yaroslavl and Orenburg regions. The agreements reached are aimed at the implementation of investment projects, the development of regional economies and the introduction of modern financial instruments for enterprises in various industries.
The guarantee agreement for 20 billion rubles with DOM.RF was one of the largest transactions in recent years on the Russian banking market using the guarantee mechanism of the development institute. The instrument will improve the efficiency of using the bank’s capital and expand the possibilities for financing systemically important enterprises of the Russian economy.
An important step in the implementation of the bank’s new strategy until 2036, which provides for the diversification of the client portfolio, was the signing of an agreement with Rossiya Airlines. It is aimed at developing long-term cooperation and providing the carrier with modern financial solutions for the implementation of promising projects and increasing operational efficiency.
