For more than 10 years, UAC aircraft manufacturers have been organizing the work of a separate training group “Aircraft Engineering” at the forum. As part of this track, educational programs were conducted for young industry professionals aimed at introducing the basic principles of aviation enterprise management, developing an understanding of the economic aspect of engineering activities, and training project management skills. Participants also mastered methods of establishing communications between employees of enterprises that are part of the company and related structures, developed engineering thinking and skills in solving inventive problems.
The international youth industrial forum “Engineers of the Future” is held annually in the Tula region.
