庇护政策：理事会和欧洲议会就欧盟安全原籍国名单达成一致
欧盟理事会和欧洲议会已暂时同意一项建立安全原籍国名单的欧盟法律。
来源:欧洲联盟理事会新闻Today, the Danish presidency of the Council of the EU and European Parliament negotiators agreed on the first ever EU-wide list of safe countries of origin. The list means that member states will be able to deal with applications for international protection more quickly, making asylum procedures for people who are unlikely to receive protection within the EU faster and more effective.
The possibility to establish an EU list of safe countries of origin is an important piece of the 2024 Migration and Asylum Pact which will start applying from 12 June 2026.
The agreement between the Council and the European Parliament comes less than two weeks after the Council finalised its position on the draft law. This rapid progress in the legislative process comes on the back of a call to action from EU heads of state or government to step up work relating to migration, especially the concepts of safe third countries and safe countries of origin.
Each year tens of thousands arrive in Europe and apply for asylum even though they depart from safe countries where there is generally no risk of persecution.
Today we agreed on the first ever EU list of safe countries of origin, which will help to create faster and more efficient asylum procedures and return of those without a need for protection.欧盟庇护政策的一个重要里程碑。

Based on today’s agreement, the following countries will be designated as safe countries of origin at EU level: Bangladesh, Colombia, Egypt, India, Kosovo*, Morocco and Tunisia.
