FACT 推出 635 亿卢比资本支出 2.0，以促进化肥自力更生

Public sector company Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) plans a major expansion programme — Capex 2.0 — at a total investment of ₹6,350 crore. The initiative aims to strengthen fertilizer manufacturing capacity and contribute to the Government’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, which focuses on self-reliance in the fertilizer sector.
The expansion projects include setting up of a 700-tonne-per-day Phosphoric Acid Plant and a 2,200-tonne-per-day Sulphuric Acid Plant at the Cochin Division, a 1500 MTPD Urea Plant at Udyogamandal, and a 20,000-tonne Ammonia Storage Tank at Willingdon Island.
FACT’s newly appointed Chairman and Managing Director S Sakthimani told businessline that the complex fertilizer plants currently operate using both captive and externally sourced phosphoric and sulphuric acid.现有工厂每年可生产 86 万吨 NP 20:20:0:13 肥料。 This capacity is expected to increase to 1.4 million tonnes annually once the proposed 1650 MTPD NPK plant at the Cochin Division becomes operational.

To address this requirement, FACT plans to establish dedicated sulphuric acid and phosphoric acid plants at the Cochin Division, along with the augmentation of bulk material handling facilities at both the Cochin Division and Willingdon Island.
Besides, the company has proposed setting up a new urea plant as an add-on to the existing ammonia plant to utilize the carbon dioxide generated during ammonia production.还计划在威灵登岛建造一个新的氨储罐，以支持扩大的业务。
