Apache Crew Rescued by Naval Drone off Coast of Oman
An AH-64 Apache helicopter went down in the waters off the coast of Oman on June 8, 2026. The two crewmen were rescued by a Task Force 59 naval drone. This is the first publically known rescue of downed airmen by an naval drone.
