人工智能在教师教育中的应用
教师教育是社会发展的重要内容。教师教育通常分为职前和在职两个阶段，是一个连续的过程，因此，教师教育既包括对职前教师的教育，也包括对在职教师的持续专业发展培训。关于技术的使用，现在大多数教师都认识到技术在教学活动中的重要性，因此，教师教育活动可以通过课堂或连续的在线课程等各种方式进行。然而，由于办学理念、资源的有效性以及教师的态度、知识和技能等因素，将技术有效地融入教师教育的整个过程仍然具有挑战性。 2017年，国务院印发《新一代人工智能发展规划》，明确提出要利用智能技术加速人才培养模式和教学方式变革，构建智能学习、互动学习的新型教育体系，建设智慧校园，将人工智能应用于教学、管理和资源开发的全过程，发展智能教育助手和教育综合分析系统[3]。这些政策已成为教育体系的重要组成部分。因此，技术，特别是人工智能，将在以培养教师为目的的教师教育中发挥越来越重要的作用。
地方 高校 治理 结构 改革 研究
在马瑟尔非洲举办的“非洲大学与跨越式发展”研讨会上，多位专家建议“面对经济形势不振、毕业生就业难、扩招带来的办学经费需求增加等挑战，大学要比任何时候都更加强调战略规划，才能找到出路”。根据我们近期对高校的调查，虽然高校战略管理很重要，但高校战略管理仍然是学校管理特别是地方高校被遗忘的一个角落。如何从战略的角度发展高等教育，避免陷入“头疼脚痛”的盲区，探索新的高等教育发展模式和路径，提高人才培养质量，是摆在我们面前的理论和实践问题。20世纪70年代末，战略一词被引入高等教育领域，1983年G.凯勒（1992）出版《学术战略：美国高等教育的管理革命》，由此催生了高等教育战略管理的概念。在我国，随着市场竞争的加剧，人们深刻认识到战略管理在组织发展中的重要作用。如今，战略管理除了在企业发展中得到广泛应用外，在政府机关、医院、教育机构等也得到广泛应用。
