粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要
粤港澳大湾区（简称“粤港澳大湾区”）由香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和广东省广州市、深圳市、珠海市、佛山市、惠州市、东莞市、中山市、江门市和肇庆市（以下简称“珠三角九市”）组成，总面积5.6万平方公里，2017年底总人口约7,000万人。粤港澳大湾区是中国开放程度最高、经济活力最强的区域之一，在国家发展大局中具有重要战略地位。建设粤港澳大湾区，既是新时代推进全面开放新格局的新尝试，也是推进“一国两制”实践的又一重要举措。为全面贯彻落实党的十九大精神，制定了《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》。全面准确贯彻“一国两制”方针，充分发挥粤港澳复合优势，深化内地与港澳合作，进一步增强粤港澳大湾区对国家经济发展和开放的支撑引领作用，支持港澳融入国家发展大局，增进港澳同胞福祉。

今年，香港会计师公会亦致力引入更多国际认可的专业资格认证，以推动业界的专业发展。例如，我们于2021年成功与深港澳金融科技联盟及深圳市金融科技协会联合举办首届“大湾区金融科技飞鱼企业20强评选”（“飞鱼20强”）。这项每两年举办一次的活动，今年再次举行。本届“2023粤港澳大湾区金融科技独角兽企业20榜单评选”（简称“独角兽20榜”）是“飞鱼20榜”的升级品牌，主题为“粤港澳大湾区金融科技——如麒麟般疾驰万里”。麒麟是中国古代神话传说中日行万里、代表敢于创新、敢于创造的现代创新精神。“独角兽20榜”旨在选出一批竞争力突出、科技创新能力强、未来成长潜力大的粤港澳大湾区金融科技行业“独角兽企业”，发挥示范带动作用，营造创新氛围，完善金融科技产业集聚和生态建设，推动粤港澳大湾区金融科技产业高质量发展。上届“飞鱼20榜”候选企业来自深圳、珠海、广州、香港等粤港澳大湾区城市，共有26家香港金融科技企业参选。最终入围的20家企业中，有6家为香港企业，他们不仅有机会获得政府基金及私人投资在金融科技领域的优先投资机会，更有机会进入大湾区的人才库，入围企业还进入“2022香港金融科技周-全球快速通道计划2022”的复赛。其他参赛企业则有机会与香港企业及国际顶尖投资机构对接，增加宣传推广。
