Mr Ebel, let's talk first about last year. How did it go for TUI ? It was very successful, in a demanding market environment, especially considering the political and economic conditions – above all in Germany and in Europe. The financial year 2024 was very successful for TUI . We have reported very positive progress on revenue as well as earnings. Sustainable, profitable growth remains our aim, but that includes a healthy balance sheet structure. We are a big step closer to our target of reducing net leverage to well below 1x. We have maintained our crucial focus on free cashflow, which we are using for investments and for paying back debt. We are investing selectively in operations with a promising future, but at the same time we are strengthening our financial basis. That is in the best interests of the company, our shareholders and our employees. TUI is much more robust today.

To address these pressing challenges, the planning project aims to conduct an extensive evaluation of climate change's impacts on the Rancheria's geographic area. By pinpointing vulnerabilities and addressing data gaps specific to this region, the plan will lay a strong foundation for effective resilience strategies. A thorough examination, bolstered by geographic maps and detailed analyses, will illuminate the unique risks the Alturas Indian Rancheria faces due to its location and technology, and ensure a culturally sensitive and robust Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptive Strategic Plan.

In 2023, OTT welcomed its inaugural set of Topic 3 awardees. We've restructured the Energy I-Corps program and added this completely new offering for the first time. Beyond the successful 10-week entrepreneurial training cohorts (now referred to as Topic 2), there are two additional topics that make up the program. Energy I-Corps Topic 1 is a pipeline development opportunity that funds selected National Labs to develop programming that can directly encourage their researchers to apply and participate in future Energy I-Corps Topic 2 training cohorts. The program's new Topic 3 funds Energy I-Corps cohort graduates and their projects toward their next steps in the commercialization process. This new topic is a way for OTT to even further support researchers in avoiding valleys of death.
In 2023, the FAA activated initial Data Comm en route services at five more air traffic control centers and enabled the first increment of full en route services at 12 facilities, allowing pilots on some transcontinental routes to digitally accept certain clearances from terminal and en route control lers on their entire flight. In 2023, the FAA also increased the amount of Performance Based Navigation flight procedures and routes available, which can reduce travel distance and time, and increase flight path predict ability. Arrival procedures with an optimized profile descent were added for 11 airports, bringing the total number of airports with the procedures to 64. The FAA published 30 new and 24 amended T-Routes as part of the Alaska Aviation Safety Initiative and made 169 new Q-Routes available along the East Coast. Reduced airspace separation criteria allow for great er airspace throughput and can enable more expeditious flight paths.
