GOIL PLC 2025年净利润90.67，承诺为利益相关者创造更多价值| Ghana’s indigenous oil marketing company, GOIL PLC, reported net profit after tax of GHC 90.67 million for 2025, representing a 7.05 per cent increase from GHC 84.70 million recorded in 2024.

Although gross revenue declined from GHC 20.36 billion in 2024 to GHC 18.55 billion in 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of GHC 0.060 per share for 2025, amounting to about GHC 23.5 million, said to be the first dividend increase in three years.

The company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) improved from GHC 0.2160 to GHC 0.2310 while the Market Price of Share increased significantly from GHC 1.52 in 2024 to GHC 2.96 by the end of 2025.

Nana Philip Archer, Board Chairman, GOIL PLC, attributed the strong performance to enhanced operational efficiency, despite challenges in the global and domestic petroleum market.

“Depot and station expenses, administrative costs, and finance expenses all recorded meaningful reductions, reflecting a deliberate commitment to operational excellence and cost optimisation.

Highlighting other aspects of operations, Mr Archer said the company intended to increase the storage capacity of its GOBitumen business to 12,000 metric tonnes by the end of 2026, while improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
