介绍。 IT行业的快速发展带来了新的成就以及改善、现代化和自动化现代社会的愿望。人工智能（AI）问题影响着机器人、机器学习、虚拟现实、大数据处理等活动领域，拓展了科学研究范围并有助于开发有前景的实际应用。目前全球科学界出现的人工智能发展的主要趋势、进一步发展的前景以及参与科研工作的重要性决定了主要的优先事项和活动领域，以提高在理论和实践层面在这些活动领域开展发展的有效性。白俄罗斯共和国社会经济发展规划的目标是实现白俄罗斯产品的生产、开发、改进和分销的智能化。其中一个重点是鼓励有前景的人工智能方法领域的发展，旨在创造全新的科学技术产品，包括开发具有思考、交互和适应不断变化的条件的能力的通用（强）人工智能。这一目标正在通过跨部门人工智能研究中心实施，该中心是根据白俄罗斯国家科学院主席团2015年8月31日第363号决议，在白俄罗斯国家科学院信息学问题联合研究所和白俄罗斯国家科学院生理研究所基础上成立的[1]。该中心团结各学科专家的努力，创造先进且具有竞争力的人工智能技术，并为实施人工智能领域的研究项目创造条件，这些项目既在国家研究计划的框架内实施，也吸引非国家投资。
