Baylor Retirement Plan ("Plan") has been adopted to provide you with the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax advantaged basis. This Plan is a type of retirement plan known as a 403(b) plan. This Plan is also a “church plan” as defined in Section 414(e) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and Section 3(33) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
