API 5L B 级钢的腐蚀是行业中常见的问题,因为材料会暴露在腐蚀性环境(例如盐溶液)中。为了解决这个问题,通常使用腐蚀抑制剂来保护钢材。本研究探讨了两种抑制剂——三乙醇胺 (TEA) 和椰油酰胺 DEA (CDEA)——在减少 API 5L B 级钢腐蚀方面的效果。通过计算腐蚀速率和抑制剂效率,我们评估了每种物质的防护性能。结果表明,TEA 提供了更好的防腐保护,腐蚀速率为 0.00045 mpy,而 CDEA 的腐蚀速率为 0.0009 mpy。此外,TEA 显示出更高的抑制剂效率,为 70.97%,而 CDEA 仅为 41.94%。这些发现表明,TEA 是防止 API 5L B 级钢腐蚀的更有效选择,为提高材料在恶劣环境中的耐久性提供了可行的解决方案。关键词:API 5L B 级、三乙醇胺 (TEA)、椰油酰胺 DEA (CDEA)、腐蚀速率
