学生可以通过提交宗教或医疗豁免请求以进行免疫/疫苗接种要求，要求根据本政策的某些或所有免疫/疫苗接种要求豁免住宿。宗教或医疗豁免请求必须在7月15日之前提交秋季学期，并在12月1日之前提交春季学期。大学将根据公共卫生当局，大学政策和适用法律的指导评估请求。If an exemption is granted, it may include lawful limitations or conditions on the exempted individual's participation in particular activities or programs on campus in circumstances where the failure to be immunized/vaccinated would reasonably be expected to (a) prevent the individual from fulfilling the essential functions and/or curricular requirements of his/her/their academic program, (b) cause the University undue hardship, or (c) pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others.
