• Lead the coordination and development of the updated lifestyle charts (based on the recommendations from the 4 th edition of the National Guide) • Provide secretariat support to the Project Reference Group, Executive group and relevant working groups • Support the updating process for the annual recommendations for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health checks • Coordinate and undertake dissemination of project resources such as the updated National Guide to key stakeholders • Develop and maintain up-to-date project planning documents and contribute to project reports • Undertake other work and project activities as directed by the NACCHO-RACGP Partnership Project Lead and Manager of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Faculty • Provide administrative and logistic support to the project team including primary responsibility for documenting the process of updating necessary information • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders regarding the updated National Guide, health checks and any associated resources developed.•遵守所有相关的工作场所政策和程序。•根据需要的其他职责
