Mission of the Community AED Grant The ILHR Community AED Grant was developed to provide financial assistance in the form of an automated external defibrillator (AED) for organizations including but not limited to, community-based organizations (CBOs), faith-based organizations, or schools within the State of Illinois with an end goal of ensuring life-saving timely defibrillation in the event of a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA).sca是心脏的电导部分的突然破坏，可确保心律稳定（心率）。SCA不显示偏见，可以在儿童和成人中发生。此外，没有先前存在的心脏或医疗问题的人也可能发生SCA。在美国统计上，大约有10人中只有10人生存。然而，及时的旁观者反应具有立即旁观者CPR和早期除颤可以使三重生存倍增。社区AED赠款免费为组织提供AED和旁观者CPR教育。
