If you are a researcher or educator: • Broaden the impact of your current research by amplifying it through the Hub network • Join colleagues from a range of institutions, including primarily undergraduate institutions (PUIs) and Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) to share curriculum development ideas • Submit a proposal to our Community Development and Engagement (CDE) program that incubates new community-led activities Find collaborators to respond to large和/或机构间资金机会
• Low Hb usually >90g/l, low reticulocyte count • Unable to utilise iron • Normal or low MCV • High ferritin (acute phase/not utilised) • High CRP • May have low EPO, but often normal, few respond • Mediated by TNF, IFN, hepcidin • If iron deficient %sat low, ferritin low-normal • Trial of oral iron often indicated - will need investigation •慢性疾病的贫血可能会对铁输液反应
