•Lothian HPT将确定接触并评估疫苗的资格和血清学的必要性•符合疫苗接种资格的患者将由HPT（代表GP代表）通过未进行的疫苗接种疫苗临床转诊形式转诊至HSCP/CTAC。此表格将包括在第1次任命的初始HEP B血清学屏幕和3个月后的随访血清学任命的请求。• HPT will complete the referral form to HSCP/CTACs on behalf of the GP as the serology results will need to back to the GPs for clinical oversight and to be added to the patient's notes • HPT will email the GP clinical mailbox to advise that their patient/s has been referred for hep B vaccination/serology as a contact of a confirmed case of hep B and to look out for serology results in the next 2-3 weeks • GP will check for patient's serology results and contact the patient if the result is positive for acute, chronic or previously cleared hep B infection, to inform them of the diagnosis and advise them to cancel their appointments for hep B vaccination and serology with the HSCP/CTACs as no further hep B vaccines are required • GP should refer any patient with acute or chronic hep B result to RIDU or GI.先前清除的HEP B感染患者不需要进一步的随访
