COP30’s Action Agenda is structured around six action areas: Energy, Industry & Transport; Oceans & Biodiversity;农业与食品系统；城市、基础设施和水；人类和社会发展；和跨领域问题。 在 COP30 之前和期间，国际民航组织积极参与轴 1“能源、工业和运输转型”下的第 2 激活小组“加速难以减排部门的零排放和低排放技术”的工作。
Represented by the Envoy of the ICAO Secretary-General to the UNFCCC, Ms. Jane Hupe, and Mr. Tetsuya Tanaka, Chief, Climate Change, our COP30 delegation organized and participated in a number of events and actively participated in several discussions to share the latest progress by ICAO and our Member States in addressing international aviation emissions. The session also featured the launch of the updated 2025 ICAO Environment Report, which now includes a supplement on the outcomes of the 42nd ICAO Assembly. The presentation slides are available on the ICAO@COP30 website.
During the second week,ICAO organized a second side event ‘Assistance, Capacity-Building and Training (ACT) to Drive Aviation’s Clean Energy Transition and the Achievements of the SDGs’on 17 November in the SDG Pavilion.
