（a）部门，注册官和相关理事会对此类功能或工具的任何错误，故障，缺陷，不可用，不可用和中断不承担任何责任或责任； and (b) the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that an ePlan file created from or validated by such functionalities or tools is independently checked for any errors, faults, defects and omissions and the Department, the Registrar and the Relevant Council accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any such errors, faults, defects or omissions in the created and validated ePlan file, except to the extent to which the error, fault, defect or omission （“错误”）来自工具创建和/或验证eplan文件的方式，并且该错误使客户无法检测到它。
