Indications for Use: The Confirm Rx ™ ICM is indicated for the monitoring and diagnostic evaluation of patients who experience unexplained symptoms that may be cardiac-related such as: dizziness, palpitations, chest pain, syncope, and shortness of breath, as well as patients who are at risk for cardiac arrhythmias such as bradycardia, tachycardia, and sinus pauses.还针对先前被诊断为房颤（AF）或容易发育AF的患者表示确认RX ICM。确认RX ICM旨在在左胸腔区域皮下插入，也被描述为左前胸壁。尚未针对小儿使用进行确认的RX ICM。
