My work on neural substrates of cognitive aging has been funded most recently by R01-AG059028 “Mechanisms of Age-related Cognitive Decline in the Rhesus Monkey” and by R01-AG071230 (US PI: Luebke; Spanish PI: Wimmer) “CRCNS: Age-related changes to cortical dynamics underlying working memory”.In a second research track we seek to understand how layer-specific neurons and connections interact to control perceptual decision-making (R01-NS122969; Luebke and Chandrasekaran, MPI; Medalla, co-I “Multimodal characterization of prefrontal and premotor circuits underlying perceptual decision making in the rhesus monkey.”).最后，我们从事“内嗅皮质神经元选择性脆弱性的多模式表征”（R21AG084041； Luebke和Roussarie，MPI）。该项目采用跨学科的生理和转录方法来开发有关阿尔茨海默氏病中内嗅性皮质神经元死亡机制的新启示。
